    Please note, this competition is for High School Seniors ONLY and Transfer Students are not eligible to compete.

    Baking for Scholarships

    In this fast-paced, fun event, each student has 1 hour to create:

    Biscuits with Strawberries and Cream

    • Biscuits
    • Quick Diplomat cream - a mix of
      • Pastry cream
      • Crème Chantilly
    • Strawberries - cut and macerated

    *2 identical plates must be presented (1 for tasting, 1 for presentation)

    All students will take a written exam on basic baking fundamentals.

    Awards include:

    • Scholarships
    • Paul Smith’s swag
